Go Army uses explicit claims by the way it keeps promising that the army will make you better as a person and you can achieve your goals in life. Intensity is used as THEY ONLY USE CAPITALS and using the word strength and strong a lot. Bandwagon is seen in all the pictures of people who could be just like you IF YOU JOINED THE ARMY. Its actually really effective cause its so simple and gives the impression of manliness and that would appeal to the sort of person, I imagine, that would be thinking about joining the army. It is definitely propaganda and yes propaganda is sometimes justified but not in this case because the result is war and killing.
